- When not in use, store the diaper bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Return Policy
Return Policy
Merchandise that has been unworn and unused can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned with all tags and packaging.
We can only accept U.S. returns at this time.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fee of $30 will apply to all refund requests to cover cost of shipping. Return shipping fee is waived when you select an exchange or store credit return.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Your return will be processed within 3 business days of acceptance at our warehouse.
- Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.
