To keep your Sugarberry Diaper Bag looking its best, please follow these care instructions:

Exterior Cleaning:
   - Wipe the exterior of the diaper bag with a soft, damp cloth.
   - Use mild soap or a gentle cleanser if needed.
   - Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the bag's materials.

Interior Cleaning:
   - Empty out the contents of the diaper bag.
   - Shake out any loose debris or crumbs.
   - If needed, spot clean the interior with a mild soap and water solution.
   - Allow the interior to air dry completely before restocking the bag.

Stain Removal:
   - For small stains or spots, gently blot the affected area with a clean cloth and mild soap solution.
   - Avoid scrubbing aggressively, as it may damage the material.

Storage:
   - When not in use, store the diaper bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
   - Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the bag to maintain its shape.
   - If possible, use a dust bag or cover to protect the bag from dust and potential scratches.

Merchandise that has been unworn and unused can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned with all tags and packaging.

We can only accept U.S. returns at this time.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping fee of $30 will apply to all refund requests to cover cost of shipping. Return shipping fee is waived when you select an exchange or store credit return.
• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
• Your return will be processed within 3 business days of acceptance at our warehouse.
• Refunds will go back to the original method of payment.
